| Welcome to the Central Coast Paranormal Investigators. With 20 years of combined paranormal research experience, we are the most extreme, professional, dedicated, reliable paranormal research team in the field of parapsychology. Founded in 2007 by Nipomo native Mitch Flores after having two paranormal experiences of his own, the Central Coast Paranormal Investigators aka C.C.P.I was formed with the primary goal of helping any and all persons interested in or experiencing paranormal activity on the Central Coast and all of its surrounding areas. With Central Coast Paranormal Investigators primary goal remaining the top priority, we expanded our research to anybody experiencing genuine paranormal activity regardless how far and what level of paranormal activity one might be experiencing. We charge No Fee for our services, however a fee may be asked if traveling outside the Central Coast. The fee will be for fuel and hotel if needed. The fee will be open for negotiation prior of the scheduled investigation. Fee does not pertain to the investigation or the evidence analysis process. We will never charge for those services. Donations are accepted but they are not required nor expected at any time. We are always here to help you. While we are believers in the paranormal, we are not psychics or mediums nor do we ask upon their services during or before our investigations. We use scientific and extreme methods and techniques in our investigations, while disproving what we can and documenting what we can not find common and physical reasons for. We feel that the use of these methods and techniques are the strongest proof for the existence of genuine paranormal activity and it is key to help us properly document our findings. Prior to an investigation, we will conduct an interview to record your experiences. We call this the Pre-Investigation process. In the Pre-Investigation process we will conduct interviews with you and any other witnesses to your claims. We will conduct a walk through of your home, business, or property taking pictures and conducting two minute EVP sessions covering seperate areas of the location. We will also do a background check of your property and home which will help us document and understand the type of activity you might be experiencing. Once these processes are complete, we can asses the situation and determine the length and time we feel will be needed to fully investigate your claim. This can be anywhere from a few hours to all night. To assure an accurate investigation we Do Not investigate with our clients or their family members present, however exceptions if possible can be made. In some rare occasions however, depending on the severity present, it may be permitted for the client or a family member to be present during the investigation. For more information regarding investigation procedures, paranormal in general, or to file a claim, please contact us. Often times those experiencing paranormal activity wish to keep it secret out of fear of ridicule or being thought "different". Our dedicated investigators have gone through training programs in the paranormal field and have gone through rigorous and extensive interview process to be a Central Coast Paranormal Investigator team member. We will handle your situation discreetly and with courtesy and all findings from the investigation will be kept confidential unless you give your permission for us to share them. We stand by our client confidentiality policy whole heartedly and placing our clients first is what we stand by. We are here to help you. Often misunderstood, the paranormal is frequently feared without truly understanding it's nature or content.
